This is a multifaceted set of tools, all focused on keeping your data protected and getting it right.

We process hundreds to millions or records, reveal all of the problems and help fix five, five hundred or fifty thousand records, all with similar ease. Advanced features like Locking, Duplicate detection, and Approvals are ready when you are. We’ll even let your vendors manage their own data.

Reporting

All US CMS Open Payments and state reporting templates are supported. All international reporting templates are supported and available in both English and local languages.

All template changes and new regulatory requirements are free.

International

All government jurisdiction and major trade group transparency reporting obligations around the globe are covered.

Reports are in both English and the required local language, and the appropriate currency. We consume 160+ currencies on a daily basis, all global Spend transactions are recorded in as many as three currencies.

CMS Open Payments

CMS reports use government VPL and NPPL profiles, secondarily NPPES profiles, and Master Data profiles only if needed.

Submission Management is a free module that keeps track of all reported Spend, and also manages Addendum Submissions, Resubmissions, Deletes and Error Codes back from CMS. The combination of features within our transparency platform, create a full life cycle engagement with CMS Open Payments.

Approvals

Alanda’s Transparency platform contains an advanced Approvals management capability,

which allows Approvals to be managed within the platform, with an audit trail, instead of managing everything though disconnected emails and spreadsheets.Clients can have multiple Approval tiers and groups with flexible rules and smart Approval Datasets, which collect Spend into easy to track packets, to always know the status of Approvals for all Spend in a month, quarter or year, and which sources are ready and which are not.

Protection

Data protection takes on many forms, from features, to technologies, to policies.

Examples of some of the ways in which Alanda protects your data are our Locking feature which keeps Spend from being affected in any way, after its passed a stage at which you want it to remain stable, or our fully encrypted database, or our Segmentation feature which limits unwanted exposure to spend, in support of GDPR and similar privacy guidelines.
